Due to the frustration and confusion of the situation that i found my self in the moment that posted above, i didn't think clear involving other players which have nothing to do and so on, i won't comment mor about it even if i've got alot to say, and proper facts, but i will focus just on my thingy.

Your custom skin's hitbox is too small. In the video we can notice times where blood is visible on your screen but health isn't lost. This ties up with our own server-side damage logs.

Holy fu... I have an entirely modded game at 4.7gb worth of space. You have nearly 2gb of extra content added.

The cause of this can be many things. It's obvious that at least something is causing you to not take damage when you should. In addition, many people have pointed out including our own identification of a no spread, noticeably no recoil or spread when firing your weapon.

In this point of view i don't know what to say, but i know what i want. If the weight of the modifications applying to my computer effects on the game play, i'd rather play with a clean gta, than don't playing at all, beside what i've said above due to frustration.

I have given it much thought and I decided we will keep you banned until sometime next year.

During this time I suggest you think about what events led you to this point. I also recommend you get a fresh install of SA:MP and consider if modding is even worth it. Honestly it looks fine without mods and nobody else can even see them, they're utterly useless and made the game look worse. Just my perspective however do what you wish. At the very least re-examine the modifications and ensure all of them fall within our rules.

Speaking of rules take sometime to review them and think about which ones you need to focus on ensuring you reach. I do expect when you return to be able to explain to us your plans moving forward to be certain you do not get banned again in the future.
