I prefer the old design of the forum and the new design of the website. The old forum looked more clearly.

I'm both, its sort of hard to focus on with so many brights and darks colors, but looks very better than old one, it was way too simple

I have a real problem reading dark-background forums, in fact I learnt some CSS just to fix some ones I co-ran awhile back to a lighter colour. Surely there is a way to skin the backing of the panels (i.e. the border around this whole forum) but keep the posts background a light colour. Or even just go back to the old Style, of which nothing was wrong at all..

But yea, I have trouble reading this forum now. : (

It is just you used to the default theme...
Forum is in colors of the web - that is a good tone in web designing...
Bad tone when it has different colors... And specially bad tone when it is different with the site...

I was in 30 mins also like "too dark"... Then I used to it and it is normal to read...
