There's no need for rules to define every action a player can make or can't make.

Common sense.
Don't sexually harass someone or take the chance of offending someone.
If you're going to piss on people to troll the people or the police... move along!

But yes, I missed it as sometimes I would catch people urinating over a mans car / on a wall blatantly whilst drunk and I'd get to hold them at gun point (a few metres away) yelling "PUT AWAY YOUR PENIS AND PUT YOUR HANDS UP" (>inb4 he weaponises his piss) , then I wait for backup, if they arrive, I get them to arrest them, and I simply help them, and as the person walks into the investigation office, I get to say "you indecently conducted yourself in public so no ticket and seeing as I suspected you, I can either unsuspect you (which is not happening as I've not abused the command) or you're going to jail.

It happened at-least six times. Good fun.
So long as people don't start jerking off on people then it's ok.

A simple modification to the rules / server, as a developer did when I made a discussion on how the game is 18 and even though we have children, someone said by law / rules of samp it should be pointed out to them that the server can and will contain content of adult / 18+ nature.

Simple rule: Do not do things of a sexual or grotesque nature that may offend people. Sexual harassment is a crime and in a game, even though the single player had a lot of sex scenes, etc, it is not as bad as Chase coming upto you and wanking in your face...

I don't get the point of it being removed? It was a funny command and had its uses too. Sure many players used it to urinate on admins, cops and groves, but that all can be solved in a roleplay manner(or /l stop in the admin's case). Last I checked /bar 4 is also used in a provocative way for a long time, why isn't it removed too?

Many players would like to see /piss return, those who get offended either /pm the guy to stop, /report in case of trolling or /call 911 in case of RP.

In the end, it's not what a command does, it's the way it's used. If someone is immature or likes to troll, they won't wait for /piss to come back they just do it, in every focking way possible.

My point is, if we get /piss back, it won't turn normal players into sexual harassement beasts. Trollers exist without and with /piss

Let's make it simple for the simple folk.

An example of a possible scenario that is likely given the history that has gone on in the online world.

There are some who will associate /piss with sexual act.
There they will then think "hey that 11 year old boy did /piss on a game... Hmm... Maybe I, someone who should know better, can convince him to trades, send me a few dick pics... or jerk off with me c2c on skype. Hmmmm."

Well, its quiet understandable why it got removed, people just abused it and used it for trolling most of the time.
While its abusable command, i do think its a good idea to bring it back, everything can be abused and used badly, trolls gonna troll anyway and in other ways even if /piss is removed or not.
