ask? im to respond to a call for help as soon as possible not to investigate someone else's mistakes and solve their problems with rulebreaking (since apparently things changed) if i remember well i told them to leave him alone because he belongs to us and said on /em to check his groups as confirmation, it was out of roleplay indeed.

He's new? Help him learn. You should've been smart enough to know Corleone was smart enough to take his CB. Really common sense.

You got reported for well essentially deathmatching. Thus we are here.

Such Rule Didn't exist before? Or maybe it did and i don't know of it? Never seen it being applied or anyone getting banned for it before.


Again, How can i know what happened ? what if he sent the message while he was still in a car, Surrounded/Being pulled over?


Now that i m familiar with this new rule (Or atleast new to me), ill first check if the person sending the message is possible to do so because im here to help and teach new players.


Common Sense to me is to help my members as soon as possible, not to think of the possibilities and outcome of roleplay, because there are many ,

i am sorry it came to this misunderstanding , now that i know what to do it wont happen again.

8. Roleplaying
All players are required to roleplay at all times and are expected to roleplay within the boundaries of these rules.  This means player's cannot refuse to roleplay or behave in a manner that is clearly an attempt to ruin the situation that is currently on-going.  Failing to respond to /me and /em actions will be taken as refusal to roleplay.

If you wish to get out of the roleplay situation you are in then you must do so within roleplay boundaries, you cannot quit the game or simply run off or even have a staff member teleport you.  Those that do will simply be punished.

Excessive language within roleplay is fine unless someone in your group gets upset at what is being said then you should stop if told to do so by a Staff member.  Have common courtesy to respect others and not everyone may be fine with what is going on so do take the time to ask if this type of roleplay is okay for them.

We ask that all players be somewhat realistic when they roleplay, we do not wish to have bad practices spread through out the server.  OOC and IC are still not supported by Argonath but we do allow it long as it isn't forced onto those you are roleplaying with.

As i was totally Bored ...  dont have anything to do  .... i just opened Pannel .... Seen some of the players were Online on Samp client....

he is my only friend online .... so i just picked his nick and started guessing his password ....

dont have any other intensions to do so .....

and i really dont have any knowledge that it is not allowed ....

You are totally bored in real life, don't have anything to do.
So you start checking people's houses and trying your keys to the front door.
If it opens you go in and go through the stuff they have in their house.
Nothing wrong with that, I wonder why the cops arrest you....

Truelly Speaking ...... 1st and last Reason to do that was ..... to guess his password nothing to steal something from there .... as in past never ever seen any case like that so ...... at that time didnt even thaught that there is something wrong in it ....
