It looks like you haven't got Visual Studio 2015 redistributable.

Search in google: "visual c++ redistributable for visual studio 2015"

EDIT: after trying it out, it works fine until I reach loading screen, which keeps going on an endless loop.

What version of Windows do you use(if it is Windows 10, try to use Compability mode with Windows 7 or/and try to run as administrator)?

Yeh windows 10, tried both and still not working.

I just tried it, it worked on my windows 10. Did have to set it in compatibility windows 7 and run as administrator.

looks cool finaly someone has came to fix this client! runs on my windows 7 with no problems, are there any server running ? like test servers ? because the masterlist is empty, or down.

There are 3 online servers. The masterlist is broken as now.

i have port forwarded a simple test server, so if i the community wants, i will post the ip, this isnt advertisement in any way, its just a test server, so you can test out how it works, play with others etc, etc.

Thank you Neproify We really were waiting for an update since the outdated BC client
Im excited to see a new client update and hope that the 32 player limit is bypassed if it doesn't cause crashes.
I mean what worldwide server has 32 players?
So im just pointing out on this important point, players slot numbers 
If its made then it will truly be the greatest thing that the client offers.

Greetings, Argonathians,
The client mentioned above needs vc_redist to run, so download that from here and install it(Instal 32bit for 32bit sytems, and 32bit and 64bit for 64bit systems):

If you get stuck at loading screen(Happens if you are using windows 10 with a low video card memory), put a commandline.txt file in GTAIVFolder>IVMP. And write: -availablevidmem 20 (I set it to 40). After that, save the text file.

Now right click on Client.Launcher.exe (GTA IV>IVMP)
Open the properties and then open the compatibility tab.
After that, select Windows 7 (If you have compatibility disabled then just enable it.)
Then in the same tab below, Check the box that says "disable scaling for high DPI devices".

Now apply every change you made and run server and then open the client and hit "Quick connect" and then "Connect. (The ip of the server you started locally is already in the client, so don't change anything it it.)
