High ping / lag

Hello guys,

Since yesterday i have some lags / high ping
although my internet browsing speed is normal.
also restarting computer sometimes fixes it.  but i hope there is a permanent fix for that.

1. Firstly, restarting computer wont affect your internet performance, you might have to restart your modem instead
2. Make sure there are no programs are running in the background that using your internet connection, some programs are needed to be updated automatically with/without your permission
3. Run antivirus and scan your computer, viruses can reduce your internet performance stability
4. You might try another DNS, google DNS for example
8.8.8.8
and 8.8.4.4 ( For alternative one ), pic is attached.

Last thing you might have to try is contacting your ISP and ask them to fix it

i did,
But they told me that they arent supporting ping problems as its up to the server.

after searching.
i have found that this problem happenes with most people of my country since 2 days.

( who have this problem . just pm me for the FIX ) as i dont know if its allowed to publish it or not

Guess it have to do with IP - DNS

i have recently knew that Te-Data ( Egyption ISP ) has took a decision to close vo-ip.  which means to block ( Skype , viper , Online games ) and this decision has been canceled at the same day because of people's objections.

so someone gave me a temporary fix. to change the country IP  ( VPN )
so i changed it to France and its works well


the fix

1st step : visit this site http://vpn-ip.com/
then click ( Subscribe for Free NOW ) as you see in the image.


2nd step : you will see this page in the image below.
- So click on your windows type



3rd step : you will see this page in the image below .
- choose any country you think it will be near to the server host.
- type your email adress
- answer the math question
- click Subscribe




4th step : you will get some info ( which you will write in the program ). as in the image below.



5th step : you will get automatically download.  after finishing it and opening the downloaded program you will see this page.
- type the info you got in it.



it will takes some time
