Well, i know that I had a bad attitude yesterday, to be honest i've flamed Bruce_McCane and i got 3 temporary bans and 2 Warns, So im here now to ask "You" Bruce to forgive me for my horrible behavior yesterday, im so sorry for being something like a kid, so i want you to accept my apologies and i promise that I will ameliorate my attitude,

You claimed you're a veteran here, yet your behavior in game was that of a new player.  After two temporary bans in game you still hadn't learned your lesson, clearly you had no respect for the server or it's staff members as you still continued to insult Bruce after he temp-banned you, so I was the one to remove you from the server.  Bruce still wants to make a statement here and HQ will also deal with this.

Yes, thats what i said i got temporary bans, but i now learbed after this full ban, and yes i was shown like a new player but im veteran so please forgive me,
I will respect the server and staff team than anytime before, take it as a promise.

Shouldn't need to say you will fix the way you talk to people because you got fully banned, should have been changed the moment you got your first warning for it.  But I guess that was something you shrugged off and didn't give a moments notice too.  Six punishments relating to your attitude, nearly all within the last five months, I think we'll set you a review date for the 10/2/2016.
