Anyway, all of my mods are not compatible with multiplayers.

I'm using a map mod aswell. GTA united converts SA to LC and VC, but car mods are a lot more interesting, cause they add quality to the game, rockstar doesn't know how to make decent cars.

If they are just .txd files, then its easy - you need to first download IMG Tool for GTA.
Find the right file in gta3.img using IMG Tool then Export it as a backup somewhere, then Replace it with the new one.

Use SAMI, it avoids you from installing nasty mods. And it allows you to uninstall them.
