Gaming Rig for €400(Without GPU)

Im building a rig for a friend and All I need is everything except GPU... It wont be for work just gaming. He will be doing very little things and he doesnt mind either brand of CPU.... Anyways I got him a R9 390 for quite cheap and so the rest has to be on €400 without shipping rates and taxes... I dont mind ordering from US. But I need everything except GPU. R9 390 is a power hungry card so any suggested build would be welcome

A fellow AMD fan I see... No unfortunately $440 = €400 and for that I can get a i3/i5/Xeon that will outperform the FX 6300 Hell even a FX 8350 I could get

Any preferred web shop?

For around that price you can, for example, get a i5 6500, low-end motherboard (still good, just no OC options), 8GB of RAM, 1TB HDD, etc.

Also,  you say everything except GPU, so I assume you need a case too?

I dont give a flying f*** about which shop. I need a case too all I have is a GPU
