Christmas update, and a little bit more.

- Added the ability for law enforcement to hide their area during operations.

How to use: Christmas script.
This years script, is next to being a bit late, also different than what you're used to.

There's several tiers you can earn gifts of, what the rewards will be is for you to figure out for now, but the tiers I will explain.

The tiers are as following
1-20
21-40
41-75
76-100

You can not select which tier you want, so if you have for example 78 gifts, It'd automatically pick the last tier, and if you have 25, it'll pick the second tier.

The numbers stand for the amount of gifts you have obtained, you can collect gifts every 2 hours.
The gifts can be collected using the /opengift command at the gift, and then using the /tradegifts command at the booth.

Do not bother asking the administration about the rewards, they know as much as you do.

• Security upgrades. While I cannot go into much detail on this, just know that the ability for idiots to go to RP scenarios and blow everyone up won't be able to happen anymore.

• Fixed a bug where one could bypass RPG ammo limit by opening it with rpg scrolled away. You are only supposed to have one RPG rocket on you at a time when using RPG cases.
• [Hotfix 29 Jan 2018] Updated object streamer and increased some limits. You may notice interiors might load faster and with more visible objects.

• You won't notice much of a difference but I have added a new property type - apartments. Existing apartments already upgraded.
• Rolling update to revision A [5 March 2018]: Bank transaction log has been implemented. See image below.

• Due to a certain select few of people buying up all apartments and selling them for a profit like a typical unfair monopoly, you may only own ONE apartment at a time now. (does not apply to homes or businesses). For those who already have a literal crap ton of apartments - await further instruction from HQ on what to do.

Changes

• Reorganized and merged some scripts internally. This *may* cause some problems but from my testing everything has been fine. Let me know of any issues.
• Due to rampant abuse, exiting properties is now restricted to 5 meters from the entrance. Meaning you can't exit out of thin air anymore.
• I migrated the database to a different server instance to fix taxes. They *should* be fixed. They will be due tomorrow at 12am GMT. (1am cet).
