Read this on how to download and install Vice City Multiplayer. There is a huge ass "Download" button as you click yourself to the official VC:MP site.

Then you read this to understand how to add a server to your favorites list, how to set your nickname and actually make VC:MP recognize your GTA VC installation folder.

Click on Download now and your download shall start.
Then you open the downloaded file and install VCMP with the instructions given on the .exe

I assume you have a version of Vice City installed on your computer?

You click VC:MP 0.4 Official Website. (Yes, it's a link as well).

You click "Downloads".

You click "Vice City: Multiplayer 0.4 Client".

You click "Download Now".

4. press DOWNLOAD NOW!
5. open zip file
6. run install
7. press next
8. press I agree
9. press install
10. press finish

If you're on windows 10, remember to run the installer and the vc-mp browser as admin.

XP and older systems are not supported by VC:MP.

Look Guys i Download it But When i press on it it Write "The Application Has been to Start Beacuse MSVCR120.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem".

You need redistributable files (2010 year, x86 in specific).
