Screenshot Problem

I seem to be having problems with taking screenshots in game since getting a new PC, for some reason when i press F8 as usual it takes the shot, I go to look at it and it looks like this:

For some reason it takes 3/4 of the screen, I have no idea why and no results on any forums I've searched. Any help would be appreciated.

Did ou set the game to windowed/windowed borderless? (Does GTA SA even have this option?) try setting it full screen.

Looks like the os resolution is way higher than game resolution. Your video card software may be managing resolution, if so, switch to app specific mode.  Additionally, you can use third party software like fraps to capture. I've also heard of people modifying/deleting some pref or set file found in user docs, but haven't tinkered with that myself and suggest backup before you do.
