At this days most of the investigation ends with 1min or less and even sometimes we dont go to investigation room we do it in a cruiser because of lack of role play and most of the suspects says i dont want to role play just do it fast....and my reaction is >:O< why do you come in a role play server if you dont want to role play :O

Because sometimes the /su is done by mistake / invalid / etc, and the player just wants to get rid of that situation and keep doing whatever he was doing before without wasting a lot of time in a useless investigation that could have been completely avoided if the officer knew when and how to /su properly, or maybe if someone didn't intentionally jump into a car, all these sort of situations where another careless player can give trouble to a player who was doing just fine, or situations where it's closer to a rule break than a law break.

Dragging the time it takes to complete these investigations just for the sake of RP is a bad idea.

I think the main problem is lack of real communication, because not every player understands English fully and Google translate isn't fully great, also, there are no animation scripts. But, Roleplay is going pretty normal in the server. A Roleplay here, a Roleplay there. Too bad people mostly choose Roleplays ending in deathmatch scenes, like someone shooting people, like the FIB or the NOOSE when someone takes hostages at a bank.  In rest, Roleplay is good among almost new players and older ones. Plus, many new players learn fast if you are patient with them. Seriously, get a grip of it.

i dont think there's lack of communication as much as there is lack of accepting that a player can lose from time to time - which leads to deathmatching when out of options

As Batta said everyone is interested to get money, so they will not focus on the roleplays besides im sure ans as i see 75% of players tries to end any role play, im a cop and my job is based on role play so i can see or feel how they try to end it fast, cause they think its a waste of time, So they think that more time they have more money they can get, well im not against this, cause this is true but they musnt forget that the server is based on role plays. Between i want to discusss a point, why criminals dont accept that in the end of a robbery or kidnap ect... Not only criminals can win, Police can win some times, its not obligated they evade with a car and then we chase them and kill them, i dont know why they repeat the same end, itsnt bad to surrender, why in 50%of cases we engage and Dm start, sometimes they cab surrender if they fail, they must be more realitic, they must put them selves in game, they must act like that.

I didn't say that new players learn fast. I said that they can learn fast if you spend some time with them. And yes, many players are interested in money, because the cars have become way too expensive since the RS 2.0 update.

Plus, many new players learn fast if you are patient with them.

I didn't say that they learn fast if you don't even try to teach them. Not just say: "These are the rules. Take care, bye!", as in saying "I have no time for you, I am too important for you" or something like that.
