This is a role play server, not a deathmatching server.  It's common sense that cbugging would not be allowed here, it is strictly prohibited.

Exploiting any known glitches within the SA:MP client and server is prohibited within the server, following are clear examples:

C-Bug and C-Walk. (even if you are doing it alone and in the middle of nowhere)
Enterng a locked vehicle in an attempt to shoot out the vehicles wheels.
Ninja Jacking
Shooting whilst vehicle surfing.

It's clear you haven't read the rules as it's one of the first thing's mentioned.  People wouldn't get banned for this kind of thing if they took a few minutes to just skim through a topic.
