Nothing's being touched until September.. I have 4 holidays so I'm pretty much broke. I only gave £20 deposit for the PC haha. I'll get into all that GPU shit later I suppose.

PC is stuck at 99% in downloading Win10 ffs.. its been like this for a solid hour.

I just realised you have 200 pounds budget and a CX500 PSU... Ok you will need to run a 980/970 but trust me if you buy new you will regret it. a GTX 960 will br around 200 pounds for 4GB version but for that you can get a 980 which will fucking destroy it to be honest.

Since you're waiting for September, don't bother with anything until all the new GPUs drop, you'll have a better choice, most of the new GPUs are providing extreme power with a quite nice price tag. And definitely don't touch the 980.

GPU prices never drop even after a successor is released, and a 980 wont go from 400 to 200 in a few months.

Get the GTX 960 4GB, I have it and it works fucking great, people bash it all the time because the GTX 970 is more powerful (no shit) but I've had this 960 for a few months now, no problems and runs most games at 60+ FPS on max settings, 100 on GTA SA.

Agreed, 960 is fabulous for 1080p gaming or below. If you're venturing into 4K then the 970 is worth considering, but otherwise 960 is perfect.

Agreed, 960 is fabulous for 1080p gaming or below. If you're venturing into 4K then the 970 is worth considering, but otherwise 960 is perfect.

Right guys, when I seem to plug in my HDMI cable it says 'Not supported' I am currently connected via DVI but I need sound aswell. How do I fix this 'Not supported' issue?
