Additional notes:
Starting from the beginning my cousin a few days before the ban, told me that he want to handle me half of his money to me. At the 5th June, I was in game and my cousin came online (Leonardo). There I asked where was the property so he could handle me the money. After making the offer to me and giving to me 245.000$ my cousin told to me he was going to his brother account. Since Cofiliano gave me 200.000$ for the property once I left my previous mafia, and my cousin was aware of it he was going to send 200.000$ to Cofiliano too. After the money have been sent to me the User in Leonardo account quit the server and joined with Edmund account. There we talked about the reject in FBI by Edmund, SAPD reinstatement and I can't remember the rest the content of that conversation. After a few minutes the User in Edmund account went to lunch (Thinking it was Leonardo).

At that time I was assuming it was the account owner online and not his brother but after my ban and in the previous unban request, it was clear that the person online was Edmund (since I talked with my cousin via cellphone and he explained to me it was his brother on his account [Edmund on Leonardos account]). I assumed too that Leonardo was going to Edmund account and not the oposite, Edmund using his brother account and returning to his account from the previous sentences sent to me by community leader Devin.

I couldn't realize it back there and after my ban, my cousin Leonardo sent a PM to Devin explaining all the situation and the transference was allowed by the account owner. (Evidence here) In that evidence the account owner is explaining all the situation, assuming that he authorized his brother to access the account, sell the property, give me the money and send the 200.000$ to Cofiliano. Since Cofiliano was not online at that time, he just sent to me leaving the money of Cofiliano on his own hands (at Leonardo account).

I fully understand that my ban require some investigation in order to solve this since it could be an unauthorized offer to me. That would be a serious "crime" since entering others players account without their knowledge could just be bad for the account owners since they could lost everything in those situations and this community need to be ready for those things. After my first unban request get denied, I went to community Owner Gandalf and told him to check all evidences posted in that unban request and sent to him the evidence that was posted bellow. His opinion was to make a new unban  request and explain the situation with all the details. He told me that he was talking with Devin about this situation and after that conversation he told me that our community leader Devin was a bit confused with all the evidences and confused with the names. I fully understand that and I am not mad due this situation, I know it's his duty and misunderstandings happen.

I would like to stay if there is a need for any other clarification fell free to ask Devin or anyone else from HQ I am here to reply to you in order to solve this situation.
