Hello again back with my wooden PC

After I installed IV:MP 0.4 fix by Neproify I got an error
searched google and It says I need to install Visual C++ 2015
I downloaded and run the setup then I got an error saying "unspecified error"
Other years work but I need the 2015 to run the 0.4 client
any help with this?
I have windows 7 ultimate x64

If you're seeing this I'm not here
