Black screen when starting MTA VC - WIndows Vista

Hello,
I am running Multi Theft Auto Vice CIty on Windows Vista.
henever i click Start game in MTA, it takes me to the menu, as it should, when i click Start Game in the GTA Vice CIty menu, it goes to a black screen, instead of loading the game..
GTA Vice City works fine on its own, without MTA.
I have User Account Control Disabled.
I have reinstalled Multitheft Auto Multiple times, all lead to the same problem. The same packages on the XP pc next to me works perfect!

Can someone help me??
I am running Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit with SP1 RC1.
I am using an AMD Sempron 2800+ cpu with an ATI RAdeon 9600XT Pro 256MB Video card, and 2GB of DDR400 PC3200 RAM.

Do the next:
uninstall it
Install only the VC client, don't install the admin, error reporting and all that crap.
Run MTA as admin. And don't forget to set compatibilities.

If this don't work, then the problem must be with your VC game.

Yea this happens to me sometimes, but i dont have too much problems with it, cause my VC opens & closes in like 3 seconds

Try and obtain a new gta-vc.exe.
