Las Venturas, 1999 - The ones who fled to Las Venturas met up and began setting up the Drugs . Top Riders group started with a litille People  and was friends with some  gangs. Throughout some years, the group gained manpower and respect from all groups in the city of Las Venturas.

After years, the group managed  take over Las Veturas . The situation in the city of Las Venturas in Some time  started to be More easy. famileies and gangs in the city was friend with  eachother. Then in time to time  started the Famileies started to attack the Top Riders. Top Riders Group didn’t take this kindly, and launched a counterattack on them.
