- I was in front of my house when 2 Sopranos appeared, aiming guns on me and telling me to put my hands up

- I entered the house and locked myself

- They planted C4s and blew up the door, telling me to unlock the door

- So did i, i mined the hall with C4s and unlocked the door

--- Important right here --- Meanwhile this was happening, i roleplayed every my move and also informed them about my next move.

> I roleplayed opening a door to a secret path/tunnel that's connecting my two apartments which are both located in Verona beach. I knew it would be a rulebreak if i quit out of blue, in a middle of a shootout when they entered, so to make sure, i killed the attackers first and when i was sure they are dead i proceeded with the roleplay and relogged to spawn in my other apartment which is close by (this represents me using the tunnel i previously roleplayed and informed them about (sent a PM to Ambrogio/Dennis)


There's really nothing shady here, everything is clear, no questions to be asked and nothing to discuss. Just check the logs and you'll see that this is obviously a false report.

This happened on 7/5/2016 around 00:15 and i would be glad if someone can check the logs and post them here to prove everything i said above was true.

I assume Ambrogio reported me after he died. He was informed about my roleplay on PM and still used it to false report me, because my quitting was actually proceeding with the roleplay, not quitting it and he knows it.

You should be smarter than this, you basically just used the /me command to quit the server and return somewhere else.  It doesn't work that way.

This is a roleplay server and i roleplayed every my move. They were also informed about my next move and after killing them, i proceeded with the roleplay and used the tunnel.

The same way they imagined planting C4 and blowing my door, i imagined a tunnel and also keeping it realistic, both my apartments are located in Verona beach, not even a block away. It would be bullshit if i roleplayed a 5km tunnel, but a 200m one if so, completely fine.

But that's not important. Thing is i relogged to 'use the tunnel' after killing them and making sure my house was clear. It would be a rulebreak if i really quit in a middle of combat or that i didnt inform them about my roleplay.

Just check the logs, they will speak for me and answer all your questions.

Yes, that would simply be /q to avoid RP. No need to come up with all sort of "tricks" to attempt to "outsmart" the rules.

No tricks here. I roleplayed and informed the other party of what i roleplayed, also made sure to keep my roleplay realistic, then i proceeded with it after killing the attackers first.

Id like logs to be posted. If you dont want to post them atleast read them. Then take a decision. Thank you.


PS: Ambrogio and Maximiliano initiated the roleplay, noone else was around. They both died and i had nothing more to roleplay with them so i proceeded with my own roleplay which i started while they were still alive.\

While logs are checked, i found something interesting that can help you.

[00:24:45] On Soprano CB Ambrogio is calling everyone to Willowfield ammunation and Maximiliano is telling them that its time to hunt Cofi (ID 33). From this scene, as well as from their pictures on their topic, we can see that all they are doing on the server is DMing people around. Recent photos from Dennis are only about shooting someone. From this scene you can see that they just died from me and are literally not a minute later already arming up to hunt someone else. 5 minutes after that the very same people go to SF and kill the very first person they come across (Gerrardo_Forlenza). Then when Gvardia showed up, they quit the server.

And to add they kill the same Luciano over and over again everyday with no valid reason. They tell them "Send Acika our salutes". I really hope you dont find this as a good rp and a valid reason to kill someone every single day ?

Just a note. Those people that were outside late-joined, i absolutely had no idea nor i could have known they are there, they never interacted with me. The people that started the roleplay are Maximiliano and Ambrogio, both died, means the end of it.

The key word here is after. I proceeded with my own roleplay that i had with Ambrogio on the beginning, but i proceeded after killing them first, just to make everything clear and valid.

Should i also add that their roleplay started with "Stop right there (with caps)", exited vehicle, aimed on me and said "Hands up". Same everytime, then they shoot the person in the head and take a SS (Check on their topic pics where they shoot Aca and Petarda). They wanted to do the same to me, but... was that an explosion.

And to go back to /q abusing this is what i find to be the real /q abusing in the middle of a roleplay/shootout. Picture is a month old:

Leon, no, you aren't wrong. I maybe was a little extensive but its just to take a look at the situation as a whole, to represent you things as they really are and help you take a right decision.

I would just ask you again to find time and check the logs.

I don't understand this at all. What's the problem of my relog anyway, and why have I been banned for it? The RP with Rei, Dennis was OVER, they died, and after they died I relogged. Again all people who were interacting with me in that roleplay died, and by that the roleplay with them ended, the fact I relogged after that, is irrelevant, and I did not deserve a ban since I haven't broken any rules.

I wasn't even a suspect, so I didn't abuse the relog when it comes to the suspection. I did everything by the book, and I can't seem to find the reason I'm banned.

When looking at the core of what you did, you clearly abused the script to spawn somewhere else. In the very basics this is script abuse, especially because your intention was also to spawn somewhere else. On top of that it also made you /q abuse in order to avoid the RP, you did not know if everyone was dead yet.

What you are doing is trying to bend the rules to fit your own agenda. You have been trying to do that for way too long and that time is over now. Seeing your punishment history you cannot seem to learn. Every ban on you was a valid one. Not even considering the other punishments here yet.


But lets consider a small situation that would have gotten you yet another punishment. Happened a few days before your ban. You, Luciano and some friends went after Soprano after they killed 4 of your members in a RP. From all explanations, discussions and facts, you had no reason to directly shoot Soprano. Everything was pointing and explained towards the RP in which there was intel which brought a reasonable suspection towards Soprano. This however does not exclude you from any RP.

What you and the others did was pure DM. You found them, waited about 10 seconds and without any RP started shooting at them. And no "they killed some of us" is no valid reason to directly start shooting.

We can all agree that there is a constant pattern here of your attempts to bend the rules, of you deatmatching and of you leading deathmatch situations. The fact that you seems to never want to accept that, does not make it less true.

HQ is all for second chances, or third chances, or even more chances. But according to our policies your chances are over. Since your previous bans were before that policy, it was lightly taken into account, in favour of you. A decision of an at-least 6 month ban was made. You may appeal for an unban in February 2017.
