Your ban reason also included DM. On top of the situation in FC which already turned south, you went to Market ammu and started shooting anyone who was there, not only Dennis. This without any RP or reason of why all of a sudden all of them were involved, thus pure DM and a total disregard for RP.

You all took part in this, you all failed to bring this to a fair end while you all had the chance to do so.

There are three questionable events that lead to this ban, and I, if you allow me, would like to discuss them.

*Finding Kenji - This, was roleplayed fair and square. As far as I know this is a light roleplay server and a /me is obviously enough to start tracking something.

*Market Ammunation - I'd let you judge on this one. A group heads to Market ammunation whilst being followed by another group, which infact was "surprisingly" their enemies. Considering that the group we followed entered the ammunation, it was clear that they wanted, and were expecting a shootout, therefor shooting them on sight after they were informed that we found out about the kidnapping scenario, was all legit.

*How we got informed about the scenario - Well, as Kenji's un-ban request says. We were discussing a project together when Kenji "Announced" that he was being approached by Dennis, therefor some went online, trieng to get in contact with Kenji. The rest I'm sure is known by your side.

Taking under consideration that the first two aspects are legit, in my opinion. The third one remains as the problem.
I've got to agree with you that the way we found out about Kenji's kidnapping wasn't really the best, infact, it wasn't even close to being that.
Therefor, I think I've made a slim mistake. Which I guarantee to not be repeated, and hopefully increase the "RolePlay" in the future, allowing me to take better actions in similar occasions, by decreasing the love of "Playing to win" aspect.

This is a light RP server, yes, but that does not excuse you from not RPing or doing one /me to justify finding him and also shooting him.

Knowing he was kidnapped: this was certainly done in the wrong way as you said. But this also lead to the other mistakes.

Finding him: this was also not done in the best way. Using one random /me and some RP pictures from 6 months ago does not justify it. The whole thing was more like shouting to each other in chats to get organized and get to the location as quick as possible. This had clearly nothing to do with RP.

Shooting at him: this was also wrong and especially because it was done from a distance. Just sniping without any interaction or RP attempt. Still not a single intension to RP. You might say it is "RP because your member was in danger", but that does not work in a RP server, because than everyone will just do it without being involved in the RP. At least try to interact before randomly joining a RP situation by shooting. Go to a pure cop & robbers server if that is what you want.

Market ammunation: after the first shot was made from your side in Flint County, obviously your kidnapped member got killed. Than hunting him down to Market ammunation to shoot everyone present there. Again, this had nothing to do with RP.


Conclusion is that there was not a single intention to RP. It was all about shooting, DM, revenge, whatever you want to call it. This is not suitable behavior for a RP server, even a light one. Either accept it or stay banned. We are done with all the tiny excuses.

I clearly guaranteed you an increase in such occasions in the future,  considering that I've admitted saying what we did was no where near being called a good role play, I also guaranteed a decrease in the play to win aspect,  which will obviously help in making me take better actions in similar incidents.
