Hello! As the title says, idea is that it would be possible to harvest seeds from grown weed plants. Currently seeds can only be obtained from smugglings, which restricts the economic viability of the drug.

Now, since drug effects can be very powerful, for balancing the harvesting of seeds could be optional: allow people to use an item (e.g. fertilizer) and make the time needed for harvesting seed plants longer, or some other requirement. This way people could grow obtained seeds just for weed or create a business out of it.

Thoughts?  :weed:

Great Idea 10/10, should totaly add something like this!  :weed: isnt expensive at all so growing it faster and more effiect would really help in drug bussines. Seed should only drop rarely when harvesting should be either couple of seeds or weed. Also if there would be fertilizer after using it on plant it only then provides a chance of droping seeds and giving  :weed: :weed: :weed: :weed:.

Needs to be balanced properly, otherwise say you'd get 10 seeds out of 20 weed, then you plant those 10 seeds and you get 10 weed and 5 seeds, then again.... etc.  But doesn't sound like a bad idea. On the other hand weed timer could be improved as it's only 30 minutes now, maybe 1 hour would be more fitting

There needs to be very little chance of getting seeds via plants or else seeds will get too common around the map which can only be obtained through smuggle. There can be a fertilizer which increases chances of getting seeds and maybe also the time the weed takes to grow?( Cost of fertiliser will be high)

1. Seeds at the moment are not that much of a rarity. So would making them easier to attain really help?
2. I would say 95% of seeds planted are grown successfully, due to 30 minute timer (that's hardly any wait at all) and cops not really being able to tackle it in any shape or form (apart from using /harvest at every weed field every 30 minutes 24/7).

So the only thing stopping the amount of weed reaching ridiculous amounts is the fact a successful smuggle must happen in order to get seeds. Let's face it.

I think redefining the minimum amount of weed necessary to use the drug market would prolly be better.

This is what I wanted aswell. Maybe if you wait 2 hrs you get a couple of seeds, and have more factors?
And Klaus, except of buying from different people and going smuggling with an approx. 6% chance of seeds there isn't a way to get weed.. I mean everytime I successfully smuggle I get mostly useless codes with no scripts, Stubbies or AKs (yeah..) or some other shit. Make weed a bit more common, if not then it's rarity is the same as cocaine and heroin, just attained from smuggling.

I support this idea
