as I see in ur picture,its not server or IVMP problem,u need to type server Ip in IP address section
IP address : 46.105.234.126:9999
then click on connect..

1.be sure u write the IP address completely true..even some mistakes in writing it like (.,:,) will cause conection problems
2.if you are sure that u didnt write the IP address with any mistakes,take a screen shot after u click on connect and post it here
