With the genius addition of the 'loss-cash-on-death' idea, ATMs should be implemented. I have no idea if they are implemented already, because even though /deposit command says you have to be near an ATM or in a bank, nobody has ever spotted an ATM.
In my opinion, ATMs should be one in every district, so:
- in Vice Point, preferably NPM as it sounds logical to have an ATm there,
- in Washington Beach - the mall, the hotel
- in Little Havana near the stores or wherever
- in Little Haiti, maybe near Kaufman Cabs, or Ryton Aide
- in Vice Port - maybe in Sunshine Autos or in the docks
- in the airport
Of course, the locations can be altered, but ATMs would nonetheless be a great addition
Small suggestion - can the owner of the Vercetti Mansion get /lockprop by locking all the mansion doors, the roof and underground (sort of) entrance?
Of course, police would be able to /breaklock normally.
The map objects are already there from the singleplayer pre-Diaz killing period.
