Well if you guys pay attention to his ping in TAB, you will notice that he had latency.
And @02:01 I press F but because of his lag it happens to carjack late and he dies

At 1:57 he is climbing up on the bike that is in the position where he sees it [For you it is a bit further away so he teleports to it]. By the time the animation shows you that he climbed up on it, you can already see him driving.. and that is why he "teleports" away from you

So yeah, you did jack him from like 5-10m.. as for the speed, not sure haha
