Josh_Hernandez was born on the 18th of November, 1982. He was born in the cities of Vice. As a kid, he witnessed multiple drug deals and busts. He began to dream that he was to become a police officer himself.
By the age of 16, Josh went to Police academy in Vice's Police department. His mentors were people such as Tony_Sforza, Hess, Edzha, and more. He learned quickly.
By the age of 20 he was a police officer who had graduated from the police academy. He was told by his Chief that he was to be moved to another department in another city; called San Andreas. Supposedly, In San Andreas, he was to become an FBI agent within the San Andreas police department, he had the honor also to join the C.R.A.S.H unit.
As we speak, Josh is headed to San Andreas after his break in Vice at this moment. Any time soon you will see him...
