Oh :O Well, let me tell you the story. A long time ago, 5 years ago or so, I used to play on a server which I'm not stating the name of but I can give you the ip address and everything of it via private message if you want me to. I used to go around searching for servers and whatever whenever I get pissed at some Deathmatch in that server and try searching for another server. The server I used to play on was pretty much unique and always wanted to find another server with the same script but different community. Around November 2015, I made friends with Ramo_Hawk (irl) and figured out that we both played samp. At first, I invited him to join my server which he did but didn't like it there so I basically tried his server which happened to be this server. I didn't like it at first but fun was starting to be gained due to both of us being on skype and Roleplay and what not. I don't know why I was banned at the time with Coco_Avici but I really don't even remember joining the server and getting banned. I officially started playing on this server from November or so along with Ramo_Hawk. That's when I decided to be in the community. I'm pretty sure I didn't play with Coco_Avici for longer than a day or 2 did I? I had no plans on either returning or playing in this community until I met Ramo and became good friends. I'm pretty sure he can confirm the story of me starting to play on this server because of him. I'm not entirely sure how HQ and y'all haven't noticed about this earlier but I succesfully logged in from the start Ramo gave me the ip address. I don't really see why I'm being punished again after so long to be fair but it's how it is. You have the story. I'm really sorry for bringing you in all this but it really wasn't my intention to ban evade or anything. Thanks for your time.

These are generally found during your early days of playing on Argonath, making me believe you did know you were banned.

And how come I've been using my account since November 2015 and you guys never found out until now which is more than a year? I'm pretty sure I've been using my own ip address since November.

As I explained your friend, you were just caught while we were doing some regular checks, happens sometimes.
If you have not used this account outside of Malta, then you are either lying to me, or someone else accessed your account.

Listen, I said what I knew. It's been a long while now since the issue occurred. I don't know what I did before but to be honest with you, I might have done shit like that because I didn't care at the time I guess. Yet again, not even sure what happened and what I did. Don't even know the ban reason in the first place or anything. What I do believe as well is that this is complete bollocks considering you're about to punish me after 1-2 years of the incident. I've been trying to keep my punishment list clean and was planning to try as a helper and also joining SAPD. Thought I would be able to invest deeper in the server and actually do something helpful to this community. Nothing else to say from my side. Will await for your response.

This is not complete "Bollocks", Just because you got away with ban evasion it does not mean you don't deserve a punishment..

I would like to apologize for the use of words, and I do agree with you that I do somewhat deserve this but you do have to understand my point of view here. If I knew that I was already banned on this server, I wouldn't have ban evaded. I've gotten banned once for script abuse aswell, I could have just ban evaded that aswell but did not for a reason, that would be that I do not ban evade.
