You were banned for usage of hacks, ignoring administration on March 15th 2017 - the ban reason you supplied in your unban request is invalid as it isn't even a ban when you receive that message.
You were banned for using hacks on new players where you have been warned for by Alfred, after which I received evidence of you using it against regulars (health hacks) to prevent yourself from dying. The situation was reviewed with Alfred and we both came to the conclusion a ban is appropriate. It is unfortunate you immediately went AFK when I tried to approach you because I wanted to give you a chance to explain yourself.
Keep in mind that using hacks under any circumstances is not allowed, even to fight off a hacker. I understand it can be very frustrating, however lowering yourself to their level is not something you should do. Please take this opportunity to clean or re-install your version of GTA San Andreas to remove any illegal hacks and/or modifications so this does not happen again.
