WTF? Cops can search you for drugs?

I dont care about if ARPD gets such a command But then drug dealers like me Should have a command /dropweed and it automatic drops 20 gram.

Example:

You are a drug dealer who sells weed maybe, more than 20 gram maximum, but we can make a new law if this idea gonna happend. Police can jail you if you got more than 20 gram weed, and take you to jail or what ever. BUT if you see police you should could do /dropweed and run for your life and the 20 gram weed is gone and they dont fine anything

The person goes "wtf?" and then goes somewhere near a Cop, not noticing them. The Cop searches this person you don't like randomly, and bam!

Not much help, if the Cop was only just out of range to see the "Gives weed to" piece, but then close enough to search  .
This could even work in reverse, and people could claim you gave them it, even if you didn't.

And as Maxy said.. Yea, the ARPD really need another command, I mean, its terrible for them. They go around the streets, and are completely at the mercy of others.. right until they search them for drugs, megaphone in their face, radio in backup, suspect them, and slam them with automatic Gang Weaponry until they die, then impound their car in a gate that will probably be readded soon, and fine them, or something.

Or like it happened to me. Let me tell you my story
I was driving through LS, I had just came from a meeting with Dark_Corleone, he offered me a baseball bat as prove of his good will, I was going to store my bat at my hotel room.
I decided to pass through Commerce square to check thing out, I saw a wanted suspect in the middle of the street. So I decided to go ask there ARPD oficer why wasn't him chasing the suspect, but when I got there, This guy named Aiden was being questioned about drugs.
when I was going to ask my question to the ARPD officer, he and a FBI agent just start asking me, "are you the buyer?", "what are you doing here?" "You have 63 weed and 42 heroin!", "You're the seller aren't you?"
I freaked out and said "I want my lawyer! This is harassment!" "wheres the warrant?"
The other guy got into a SUV, so I entered it and told him to head to SF.
A better looked made me realize it was Pistol man.
They then suspecting for aiding a criminal. But I wasn't even driving.
Pistol man crashed into the pier and jumped for a boat.
I passed to the driver seat and rolled away. Cops rammed me and blew up the SUV.
This cop pointed me a gun so I drew Dark's gift and made an home run of the Fed's face.
The ARPD officer came and beat me with a nightstick.
So I started waving the bat around hitting both of them.
The FBI guy ran to take shooting position at me. But I was fighting the other cop and the Fed end up shooting not just me but also the other cop.
After this I ran to shore and went on water.
Bullets fleeing around me. Cops on OOC chat that I was going against rules.
And then, Pistol man shows up in a jetmax to save my ass =D
I surfed on the boat for 15mins, cops complaining,"WTF, how come you have the same ping as Aiden?"
"I'm lucky,I'm on the other side of the Atlantic ocean ehehe..."
Pistol man drived to the river, then trouble appeared, we crashed several times into the wooden bridges. Every time i had to climb to the boat again.
Cops showed up on the river bend.
I hide under the boat, so those idiot decided to blow up the boat with me under it. which means, I died.
End of Story.

I was reading your complaints and ideas .... So yes many of you are rights, a /frisk command would be abused.... But what if... What if this command could only be used after the person surrender ?

Why this idea ? So that people won't get abused and checked all the time ... It will be more like : We saw you dealing or going in a weedfield .... Suspected ... /blah surrended, hold your fire and cuff him .... Come next to him, you do /frisk ... /blah have 10 weed, 2 heroin, 5 condoms .... /removedrug .... /blah drug was seized, he now have 0 weed, 0 heroin, 5 condoms ...

Possible abuse : blah was suspected for : Search (Surrender that i search you, I want to search him, I know he have drug) .... This definitely show that there is an abuse made and you can send the screenie at the complaint center

Now for civilans (since you guys complain that cops get it all) :
/stash (drugname)(quantity)  .... So people can hide drug in their house or biz
/destroydrug (drugname)(quantity) ..... Note : Can only be used when not wanted .... Can let you destroy ur drug of one type or the other
And finaly :
/deephide (drugname) .... Let you hide a very little amount on yourself ....(2 weed and 1 hero max) so that even with a /frisk, cops can't find anything ...


So this reduce the ''irreal'' amounts (like 236 weed and 56 hero ....) that a person can hide on self ...



But hum yeah I once asked a question to developper which was like : Will the developpers keep developping the drug aspect ?

And Gandalf answered : Yes, they will

Thats your side of the story, now lets hear mine: I was the FBI agent at Pershing square. Me and officer Austin Powers of the LSPD where talking to Aiden after seeing him offering drugs to us and people around us i think. He said he was a gardener and that it was Oregano he was possesing. Somewhere near that point a man called PMP arrived at the scene, and acted suspicious (interfering with the questioning as i remember it). Officer Austin asked why he was there, "are u the buyer?" he asked to PMP. Im gonna be total honest and admitt i to asked this questions to PMP. Austin searched him with admin commands and found a big amount of drugs. We then wanted to interrogate him inside PD (as an RP thing), thats when PMP ran and after not stopping by policeofficers order, he was suspected for evading i think. I dont know who suspected him but me and officer Powers engaged a chase for suspect PMP.

I dont remember what happened to Aiden... i guess he escaped the scene but i cant recall for sure. When suspect PMP was stopped near the Santa Monica pier, he engaged us with a bat. We tried to hit him back but accidently only hit eachothers. I pulled a gun and shot a warningshot in the air. I did NOT hit anyone of you, you were not wounded by the gunshot. That im certain of. Suspect PMP fleed the scen and headed to the water. He was seen swimming out and we tried to go after him but we had no boat. At that point, someone appeard with a speedboat (i suspect it was Aiden). He picked upPMP and drove off towards Flint County. Near a bridge at Whetstone they stopped the boat, i never saw what happened to the boat (maybe it explode as PMP said) . PMP was nowhere to be found, but i saw suspect Aiden swimming away from the scene.

After a struggling and timetaking effort (Aiden didnt want to come out the water) i finnaly gunned him down from SF Airport while he was swimming. He made no attempts to surrender.

Thats the end of the story. Maybe u think that i had anything to do with ur missfortune, but i did not. This whole mess was created by missunderstandings and to little communication. The big error in ur story is this "pistol man". I never saw this guy and u must have misstaking him for Aiden.

 :ps: By running away from the officer and me, you PMP were incriminating urself and much of the guilt must be laid on u. If u stayed and remained calm, it wouldnt have got that far, and if it did you would have good reasons to report for abusing. We had no evidence to arrest u at pershing, but by running you did incriminate urself.

2: \givewarrant (type of warrant) ( id of cop) ( id of suspect ) ( only chiefs can use this command )
3: \search ( id ) ( only with warrant )

You will be able to hide drugs at home or room you rent...
Cops will have possibility to search any player...
If cops got you on having drugs - you will lose ALL drugs you have...
They will have rights to confiscate the drugs you have... That does not mean they will get drugs...

Why?

I will answer why... Cos you ABUSE weed fields and heroin ship... not COPS ABUSE but YOU ABUSE... You have in your pockets hundreds and thousands of drugs...
So stop blaim cops in all abusing and look at yourselves...

It is already annoying... Seeing a wooden stick in cops eyes and do not see the whole damn forest in own...

Btw, Aragorn not evrybody abuses the weed field. Many drug dealers started to buy and sell what they get maybe they buy it cheap and sell it more expensive. But you are right about You loose ALL drugs if the cops search you

Tons of drugs on SA:MP accounts means - ABUSE... To sell drugs you need minimum 20-30 pockets... None will make a meeting with you to buy 1-5...
The situation went down when DPD and FBI started making raids to the weed fields... Still CRIMINALS abuse...

And from tons of drugs - one complain on cop who searched someone...

It is childish...
