Are the Ogra fillets even legal?!

In Maison Wenifall, Ocean Beach... such fillets are being imported from outside of the Vice City since in here their fishing ain't allowed. Maybe imported from San Andreas or Liberty City, who knows We're in this business for almost one year now (surface)

Ogras are not any kind of drugs, to do not allow their consume. As far as the law of Vice City to do not hunt them isn't being broken, we're ok.

I can't talk for this restaurant, but in mine that's how we work on those fillets.
