All have a solution and as I have said 826462 times cops only must be able to spawn useful props(for example cones)! Why do you want a cop spawning ramps?? This is useless bro,

*The Objects will make the game Unstable and wars will start for becoming builders and ruining the game with "Its not fair , I want to become a builder" and ranks will come and Staff (i am saying "staff") Will receive 10K messages each day from newcomers and ask them and they are busy enough with upgrading the game and making it better.

Also this will make gang wars and armies and a lot of crashes and suspects , we already have people for building.

Admins are already doing their perfect job , they are well-picked to serve the community as much as they can.
Making Objects spawned by other people is not permitted.

As far as I know, there are existing objects CJ BARRIER 1, 2, 3 and 6, but everyone knows how bad IV:MP client is made, thus this could mean these specific objects could be crashing the game, lagging or stuttering. Just like a bunch of other objects are(that´s why you mostly only see barricades, ramps and road signs.). I am not sure, which objects crash the game, as I am not an manager or admin, but the chance of crashes off the object is slightly big.

The object spawned ingame is probably downloaded model, it isn´t original one, probably modded one. And the game looks like an original IV, not the one we use.

Regarding to the topic, cops shall not be permitted to use any kind of cones or barricades, whatever. This has always been an admin stuff and it will stay like that, only trusted ones shall be spawning objects. If there is an admin on server, the cop can always ask him to spawn barricades/whatever is required for the RP.
Maybe try to wait until the new client is released(if it will be), check the stability, if there is an possible way to spawn the cones and then you can suggest it again, until then, I would vote unsupported due to the stated above.
