Apply a new thermal paste on your laptop's CPU, it's fairly easy to do and you'll see noticeable drops in the CPU temps (it might take some time for the paste to cure but in the end you'll see results.)

Yes but it's kinda hard not to cringe when you know there are better and safer ways to do all this and that a few researches would save you from these softwares..

Yup. Wouldn't recommend Windows Update for driver updates either, has caused me problems in the past.

I am a noob , I can't Afford buying a better laptop incase I failed...
