Convoy and Rival teams have already been filled. The event will be limited to 3 teams of 5, (and myself, as a non-combatant driver), for a total of 16 players. This is to keep the event fair and balanced for the participants, and to keep deathmatching suppressed during the event.

We have not decided about a leader yet since it doesn't matter a lot between us. It's currently just the four of us. We'll inform you once we get one more. If you really have to enlist leader, put me up. We can change it later I guess if needed.

Leader is just the decisionmaker/pointman for the group, and more of a formality. The set up RPs will happen throughout the week for the Nomad storyline, so there's plenty of time before all parties will need to have an agreed on day for the event to take place. All I needed was confirmation that your Team accepted the reservation kenawa set.
