Start using disocrd or teamspeak ingame ???

So my suggestion is very clear : why not make rooms in discord or teamspeak (personally prefer discord ) , so this how it works :
Make a room for police officers where only officers are able to join
Room for every family that only family members of that particular family are able to join ,
Another room for managment and admins : for exemple passport exams are passed in this channel
And same thing goes on for every other job , as it will make accomplishing medic and fireman missions easier ,
And btw the only spoken language should be english and if somebody is being reported by people he should be watned then kicked .

Its up to players to decide if they want to use voice chat or not,  get your friends and chat with them, it will never be mandatory to use voice chat.
