At first sight I thought the problem was keyboard being stuck on Caps Lock lol
Send it to the manufacturer for repair. If it's no longer under warranty and manufacturer repair is expensive, have it brought to a computer mechanic / technician and see what they can do about the hardware. Either option has the best tools to open your laptop and scan for bad parts. If they still can't fix it, you're better off buying a new one.
Alternatively, you can try googling the specific problem with your laptop, though I only recommend anything that involves opening it if you have the required abilities / knowledge to work on the hardware. (Do so at your own risk!!!)
