Honorable judge and jury, I here bring forwards this case on the behalf of my clients. It has occur to me that Mr Yusuf Castello is using the Genovese name on one of his properties. As seen below this

My clients deems this to be false advertising as they are not part of this that their name being used or for any rental agreements.

Therefor on behalf of my clients we see it as false advertising and anything that could happend at this property could damage their reputation towards the public and the justice society. Therefor we would like to that Mr Yusuf Castello changes the name of this property so if something happens it won't be a harm for the Genovese family.

Our demands of this are as following

20,000$ ARD be paid for any harm towards Genovese Family

A public apology from Mr Castello towards Genovese Family

the proplem is the name of property return to genovese even if i tried to change the name
it is a proplem from the server rules
i tried many times to change the name but the name return to genovese rentals
i dont have eflc yet so u must wait till i re join the server
i will try when i download T4 and play the game
after that if it accept to change i will apology
note:i tried to change the name of the property but the server transformed to T4
