Old fishing system ?

today i just tried fishing for the first time on t4 ! and it will be the last time i will fish on it !
i am really shocked about the new fishing system , honestly its really terrible
i used to fish everyday on T3 , now i will never fish again , and no one will do
lets be honest , only new players will fish for /tutorial
else i dont think others players will /fish anymore and enjooy it
also with this new system , speed boats (squalo , jetmax , tropic  ets ..) are just become useless , no one will use them anymore ,
why not removing them then ? i just see no reason for existing for thoes boats , also /gps boats ds is totaly useless now why not removing it too ?
like do u think a player will spend more than 150-180k on a speed boats  that he cant even use it on fishing ?
on the old system we used to team work on fishing , 2 and 3 players fish at the same time !
one is fishing with reefer and the other one use speed boat to sell fish and they shares the money , which is smth very good !
how about we go back to the old fishing system and this will be amazing

What if it went something like.. if you have your own Reefer boat, then you can store more fish onto it?

Fishing system was changed for a reasonable and greater reason. Which is probably abusing this job for profit and grinding.

The point is that Fishing wasn't implemented for people to come and grind all day long on the server, It was made to improve the Roleplay and adding more realistic jobs and usage to the sea all over Liberty City.

Boats are useful always. But the current circumstances can't allow us to use them for more things, and not using them doesn't mean we need to remove them and the Boats DS/GS to fulfill wishes of people who are not able to create some nice Roleplays using them neither are able to find their true usage.

Point stands, the team work aspect of old fishing rewarded you for teaming up, maybe do something like if 2+ refers are in same zone they get a bonus on capacity/quantity.

As any game people love to own things, money now a days is hard to farm, well unless you wanna be a douch about it and solo complete FD/EMS missions.

Teamwork should be rewarded for fishing.

P. S Leon living expanses in LC are now on all time high, vehicle damage repairs, taxes, more expensive vehicles, people who own biz must use pretty big amounts of cash to stock all they need.
So a money farming way might be needed for some who don't wish to turn to illegal means.

The only reason I am on Argonath now is because of IV:MP. Atleast here money grinding is not too much. And I would love to keep it going that way. I dont want people grinding money whole day instead of Rping.

I think its wrong this. U seriously said "people fishes all the day" ? The only player i saw fishing more of 2-4 hours is MHAQ , but isnt that the point.
Fireman and medics is the most active people. Now ferocia dont work for t4, but if u looked there , then most weekly active users were Ems.
A important question is :

What would these people do, who are active for 12 hours, if we make 1 month "No jobs month"?

Thats why i do believe that we need a effective job to win legal money. Fishing takes nowadays 5minutes maybe more to go back with the reefer and sells the fish then going back with 40km/h. i think the old system would be better and based on team work since two people can use the same reefer by splitting. Today if 2 peoples takes the reefer. Others wont be able to fish unless they buy their own boat which is pretty expensive :c .

Well, In real life there is some people who are their only source of living is fishing Blue Tuna. Those tunas could make them earn up to 20 Grands (20,000$) if they were lucky enough.

Fishing won't be the only source to earn legal money I guess, But yeah I do agree that we need a more profit source nowadays. Basically we need new jobs.

what about all rp biz that were made, without money income, they can all keep stores empty. When money farming is said, at least by me. I mean spending money doing actions in return for some value, if you rate jobs per money gained for time used, mechanic wins by a lot, driver and fishing are down at bottom of the list, im in such a position i hire ppl to work for me, but not all are so fortunate. What ever rp you decide to make from races to sight seeing around LC you need money to get it to work. Fact remains you need time and money to rp, free spontan rps are not rare but are random and short.
In the long run a good biz requires /ads, phone calls, making of deals, bew ideas for getting a edge over similar companies. All that requires money or time.
Good legal jobs are needed, there is no afk money farming (afk mech at mgs only), if you are in need of money and don't wanna hustle with EMS/FD you are left with 2 none player interaction jobs and mechanic, picking between trucking or fishing is down to personal preferences. Mechanic requires luck and fast response time, so if there are 25+ players it a great job. If there are 7-8 players its pathetic.

Large money sinks as those T4 introduced are great for balancing the economy but players should still be able to farm money if they wish so in legal jobs.

I laughing while watching one of the best player of 2017 in a RP server, crying for script job. Are you sure that you know the point of our server? Btw you can easy find profits by selling guns to a new players for high prices as you already done, dont worry

It is or not, Im not the one who can say that. So far looks like it is not as well using "/ad" for selling guns while you have an ilegal store too.
