last time my EFLC works on build8-1 , but after updated to build9 , it shows me this problem:"The game launcher could not check your files integrity" , how to fix it?

Check if you had two IV:MP Launchers open or any leftovers of GTA IV Instances running in the task manager

Reinstall IVMP or restart PC (or both). Worked for me.
