Civilian against Pizza restaurant

Dear Court,
I am Ms. badGirldhia, legal representative of Mr. badboydhia . I wish to bring proceedings against Ray6en-LaRocca (‘the Defendant’) in the Justice Court. The following claim will be brought against Ray6en-LaRocca
It is submitted that the Defendant has been advertising goods in violation of Act 12.3 of the Criminal Laws.

Act 12.3
Although businesses are not required to provide all information to consumers in every circumstances, businesses are obliged to ensure the information they do provide in the act of promotion, are accurate and important information is not being kept or manipulated to gain consumers.

I humbly submit that the aforementioned act have occurred at the Defendant’s Restaurant, Pizza which is located at Schottler , downtown
The Restaurant owned by Mr.Ray6en, has been misleading public both in its name and sales.

First of all the  Name suggest that its should have same kind of pizzas, there is none.
We only found burger  and vodka when we asked for the menu!
we dont found any type of pizza at the Defendant’s restaurant ! not even cheese pizza...

I humbly request that the court acts as follows:
1- A court order directing the Defendant to change the name "Pizza"
2- a public apology to all citizens of Liberty City who have been mislead by huge advertisements and the name.

Act 12.3 states that information provided *in the act of promotion* be accurate.

The court finds that a business name is not an act of promotion but rather a name. If the name happened to be "Horse Ranch" for example we would not expect to see horses roaming inside the restaurant.

The court finds this case to be frivolous and is dismissed.

Future use of the courts time with such frivolous lawsuits may come with a  monetary penalty if the case is not successful, stand-by for a statement from the court regarding this.
