I don't want the server to be shut down or end but if things don't improve after the next major update / players trying to change things then I don't see shame in saying good bye to it and having it laid to rest. Not everything should last forever, trying to keep something alive that's dying isn't what this server deserves, it needs a honored death.

Can’t say I’m surprised. Please don’t tell me “you haven’t been online in months, you don’t know what it’s like”, I’m pretty sure we’ve been over that with other people who come to the forums and provide valuable input but you drive them away anyways. We can asses how the server is doing even without playing just by visiting the forums. You see, I’ve had opportunity to visit the server and 9/10 times I’ve opened the client, it’s at 0 players. Feels like a waste of time to be driving around alone, you know. Now you’re gonna say, “don’t moan, offer a solution”. Truth is, there isn’t one. By telling people who check the forums to come in game instead of posting won’t solve any issues. We can all come in game but with the attitude that I’ve seen around in the past couple months(on the forums obviously), it’ll only be a one time thing(if all of us miraculously did show up). I still check the forums when I do get free time(much like a lot of people here)and I’d rather do that than to join an empty server wasting my time. Just my two cents, now quote me and throw shit like usual, peace.

To be fair, I see no reason for anyone to start throwing shit at you since you've worded the issue quite well. In fact, it IS demotivating for anyone to join the server when it's (near) empty. On the background, we are working hard on pushing out a new update (a large one at that) that hopefully does well, but I do ask myself sometimes if it will be enough to truly bring the server back to its former glory.

Thank you for replying maturely man. I hope what you guys are planning is received well. There’s definitely work to be done and it won’t take one person to influence change. I wasn’t in favor of having the server shut down for a while but that seems like a reasonable temporary solution now. We can only hope to bring the server back to its former glory but you worded it just right,  we don’t know if it’ll be enough with just script updates. There’s a lot of toxicity going around and I genuinely don’t know what the solution to that is. Good luck nonetheless

All of the players joined server x, it has hell of a activity, everyday it stays around 70 +. and 90 percent of them are argonath players, they wont come back, they already started their lifes there. Pack up your bags and dont waste time.

Also check the forums, it has barely 15-20 players online on the forums, and most of them r from ivmp. I dont think this time argonath samp can come back, cuz players already left and joined other server and its too late. Its really sad. :/

You can say 90% of players are online in forum from VCMP and IVMP

It's too late like William said, I talked with Wayne some days ago, he told me that some Argonathians made a new server and I think Luciano was one of the upper staff, dude all Argonath tried to do was reduce meth prices so it doesn't become a meth simulator It already is but... and everyone left since they aren't going to make money easily anymore, if there would be averagely 10 players we could do roleplays in the server but sadly no one joins anymore.
