Cigarettes and walking animations

Hi there, I'd like to suggest something to be added to the server to improve the roleplay environment. I mean, sure, everything can be roleplayed, but since I am aware that it is possible in this client, then why on earth not?

My first suggestion is to add buyable cigarettes in any convenience store, similarly how it used to be on SAMP. GTA VC does have a cigarette model with smoke, seeing how you could use the CERTAINDEATH cheatcode in singleplayer to give Tommy a smoking cigarette. I am pretty certain this would be implementable in VCMP too.

The second suggestion would be: implement a walking animation already. I mean it's nothing we can't live without, but still, it'd be nice not having to rape the W button to pretend we're walking. It would be nice if several walking styles could be implemented, seeing how various peds walk differently (example: cops, gang members, civilians and Tommy all have different walking and running animations).

I mean, you spawned freaking flying cows. Why not make this a reality?

Rp it. IVMP have so many anims and features of being drunk and what not but literally so less use of it. We rp it.

About the walking thing, players should more likely be allowed to set a walk style so they change the default one whenever they like.

Vice city has a cig model but it's bugged as far as i remember. Its only the mouth.

IVMP is nowhere as flexible of a client as VCMP is, even in its current state.
I remember the cig model working just fine.

Regarding the walk style, exactly what im saying.

Walking is possible, i made a keybind that spammed walking animation so you could actually walk but it crashed the irc bot so it wasn't allowed. It could be made into simple /walk command like samp has. Cigarette is not really possible, the cigarette in single player cheat is hardcoded and not an actual model, it's possible to create one but it'd be rather stupid (it'd work as a weapon instead since VCMP supports hats as weapons for whatever reason)

either way seeing the frequency of updates I doubt this is in anyone's mind though

The cigarette isn't an animation or model as Marcell mentioned. And even if we managed to produce a cigarette model I doubt the smoke effect would actually work at all. I don't know how the smoke effect works exactly, but it's probably something more in the hands of the VC:MP developers themselves. There are some mysteries that still need to be figured out, like how the fire effect is produced inside the Lovefist arena? I guess we'll find out someday.

About the walking animation, it would be nice to have one but you also need to think about practicality of implementing something like this. It's not as simple as it should be.

If walking could be made possible than of course it should be added.
And about the cigarette, it would be cool if it is added but its not gonna add so I am not gonna post a smiley emoji
