opening saving account with spawning atms

hello guys
what about making atms at random locations and finding them by typing /gps atm_mgs (the other name after atm is the nearest atm in that location
and every player will have only one saving account
with it he can dispose and withdraw from it and the account owner will gain 7% interest weekly for the money he saved in that account up to 250k
so what about this idea?

well he suggesting for opening an state bank
but my idea is placing atms in different places
there is deffirent between my idea and his idea he says that the account owner must have a passport but my idea is opening accounts for both eho have passports and who dont have it
and there isnt any fee for opening an account
every player will automaticly have cridit card in his /invent with its number
and he will get notification if there was any withdraw or transfer or depose in his account
and the interest is different than my idea his depending on the saved money
while mine interest is 7%
and i said about finding atms by typing the command above but the function is finding the nerby atm in target loc
