INTRODUCTION

After researchers and a lot of experiments we came to conclusion that the Medical-Cannabis has impressive healing effects for many clinical cases, our team agreed to push it further to re-open the case this time with the cooparation of the Emergency Medical Services to show that the (Medical-Cannabis) can be used for a legal pain-killer and for special - treatment where other medical drugs fails. It took us time and effort to figure out a properly system to make it work, our focus was to make it more benefisional for the Liberty City citizens by opening new job-slots and a new type of business. While in the same time we tried to re-organise the activity and the response of the E.M services.   

Medical/Pharmaceuticals Privileges

The most important part was to make privatization of Pharmacy's with a limit of (3) three total possible licenses, those licenses will be given only to  persons who will be enough responsible for a position like that. Those type of pharmacy-shop's will accept only unique customers and will not take any part of $ script salaries aka (LCPD /heal) in those shops we will provide new medical drugs like (Medical Cannabis*, Depon , Aspirine)

Important Notes (*)

*(Customer can buy medical-cannabis and other drugs only if he/she have a license by an doctor who is part of E.M.S )
*(The license will be provided only via (RP) in Hospitals by certified doctors, without that no one can buy/use drugs from Pharmacys)
*(Supply for Pharmacys will be done by adding a new factory-type "Drug_Factory" wich will provide a competition for the prices of those products.)
*(Corruption will be possible for the new factory type "Drug_Factory" and can be used for crime benefits too "Black Market", in order to avoid that drug_factories will need a court approval to start selling drugs. LCPD `n EMS will be responsible to shutdown any factories that doesn't follow/obey the rules.)

• Provides a more realistic (RP) Medical Therapy.
• Drugs/Medicine will be prescribed only by EMS personal.
• Fights the illegal drug-market and opens a legal way to usage of Medical Cannabis

Every single rule must be followed and if anyone fails to follow bellow rules, court can open a case against him/her with heavy punishments

Spoiler for Hiden:

• Act. 1.2: Medical cannabis will not count as a drug, as the active substance (THC) is in very low amounts. Medical cannabis uses the (CBD) where found to have impressive healing effects and it's safe for use.
• All doctors must be proffessional and expirienced in what cases they gonna give the Medical-Lisence, random actions may lead to ban from EMS duty and possible jail.
• Medical cannabis will be legal to use in your private place like your house, but using cannabis in public places is still illegal and punishable
• Cannabis Therapy™ will get the first licensed Drug_Factory and will have the exclusivity saleries for (2) two months. After that period of time new Drug_Factories can be opened with the agreement of the court.
• Medical-Cannabis and street Cannabis will be 2 different things, our suggestion to HQ is to remove the /heal effect from the street Cannabis as the quality is considerable and add it only to the clean Medical-Cannabis witch will be provided from Pharmacys.
• Medical Cannabis heal effect will have a bonus HP (aka it will restore/heal armor too about 15% each gram.)

The Federal Democratic Party have some inquiries regarding the criminal potential of this plan.

For one, civilians buying and administering this drug themselves is the worst idea the FDP have ever heard, we cannot even accentuate how ridiculous that sounds. Administration of drugs without the supervision and advice of a certified doctor can lead to potential overdose or a potential danger, is that what you're aiming for, a mass genocide? We would like to see a much safer alternative, Mr. Tonik.

For two, you've just been busted for illegal drug transmission. How can we confirm the safety of the citizens and the legitimacy of this therapy?

For three, who is employed by your cannabis therapy? What is the staff list? How can we ensure the legitimacy of your staff?

For four, how much transparency will there be from the therapy?

We hope for Liberty City's future to prosper and will protest this if it means safety and integrity for the citizens.

I would like to apologize due to long time to response into your political questions, but here I'm to give you the answers you wanted for even if I think that it should be first discussed with the authorities of the Liberty City.

I will try to answer your questions in the order you made them and we start with this one. (Note* that I marked some serious points in your questions for a reason that will be explained in my answers)

I'm not even sure if you dedicated yourself to read our plan at all, cause especially this question is out of any point. We already mentioned that every single patient that would like to participate the Cannabis Therapy™ must be approved from expert doctors certified from the E.M.S, there will be all the necessary measures and supervision from professional doctors.

My name is jNewTony and not "Tonik" (the guy who has been busted for drug dealing)
I personally and our company condemn any illegal activity in Liberty City and we are against those guys.

Due to severe inactivity, a lack of transparency and the fact that Mr. Tonik is trying to manipulate the public by differentiating between jNewTonny and jNewTonik, as well as his previous involvement with LoW, the FDP revoke their previous statement of support.
