Giulianno and Sinagra were officialy made man in the leone family, they started racketeering, murdering people who the boss pointed at. By being loyal and respectful to the family, Enzo was promoted to Capo. They settled their own crew after the promotion operating Downtown, Vice City.
Giulianno was imprisoned in 1978 for drug charges, so Elio was the acting boss of the crew till 1986.
July, 1986.
Between june and july in 1986 there was a meeting set for the Leone family, on the meeting attended Franco his consigliere Sonny Mazzorelli, Jimmy (Sonny's brother), and a soldier named Mehsus. On that day Franco Leone was killed with a Shotgun blasting in his chest along with his member Mehsus. Rumors have it Martino Gonzales came to the meeting too. Many people claimed that Leone and Gonzales were not at good relationships at the time.
After Enzo Giulianno came out of prison, the crew came back and settled apart from Leone, beggining their own crime career. They quickly found out The Mazzorelli brothers and Martino were behind of Franco's death. They wanted revenge so the crew regrouped and was ready to take over.
