To choose between the right or wrong path.

The Right path to come as a good coluntary to Officers of SAPD's eyes, that means doing correct procedures, not stealing civillian cars on duty to chase people, not spraying people in the face, because they eyeball them

Then there is the wrong path they can take.
Shooting people for no reason (DM)
Stealing civillian cars
Spraying peoples eye's with pepper spray
etc etc
This path will get you in trouble with admins & you will never get into SAPD.

Maybe add some Cop Sirens on the top of the Caddies, that'll be badass 

And when a Cadet steps in a Police Cruiser it should say.

I kinda like the idea of the "Cadet Caddy" and the less powerful weapons, the reasons why is,

• The cadets will want to know more about how to be "Dark Blue" I believe this will make them ask more questions and in return be better cops.
• The cadets will want to patrol with higher rank Officers as they will not want to patrol in a caddy all the time, this in return will train them and get them lots of experience.

If the free cops would be disciplinated, i would not be here to complaint about them. I can understand some guys like to RP both cop and criminal.. but this always means: No pd cars in the garage, LSPD Cars in LV, SF, Red County or else... spies on the radio, spies on the TS Radio also, they kill suspects while we are reading the miranda rights, so i have to jail them and hear their scream: Z0MG???? WHY R U JAIL ME???????? I agree with removing deadly weapons from the free cops equipment. The SAPD officials are already busy with their cadets and officers, it would be hard to follow also free cops as well. Sometimes I have to stick 3 officers in 1 car because there aren't veichles. The Caddies would be an excellent idea.

The SAPD Officers know what to do in any situation while the free cops are mostly confused, not informed about argonath law, about procedures. So, while the Main admins will check this topic, you can always look for the nearest patrol unit for assistance, or just call the 911. I wonder how would be the call:

Citizen: HELP I AM BEING ABUSED!!
Control: Sexually?
Citizen: NO, BY A FREE COP!
Control: Ok stay calm we will send a unit as soon as possible

Just so you know, giving a Free Cop a 9mm is basically removing Free Cops. If thats the way you want to go, fine.

If you dont, and wanna be a cop part time - deal with it, not our problem.

Thing is Hayden, that actually people don't fight, they will run if they get even the slightest chance, unless they have dual SMGs such as Tec9s or Micros, or if the Cops health is low.

I was making a serious point though that the Caddy's are very slow, and I wouldn't need to be in a Hotring, I could probably use any "common" type car to outrun them. In my opinion, cadets should still be able to use the Police Cruisers, can you imagine how boring cop chases could get if there is only 1 ARPD involved? There would be one cop car.  And thats no fun for Cop or Criminal.

Free Cops job isnt to chase criminals, it is to protect the citizens mainly, and golf carts are fast...

What about the : if 5 arpd or more are connected, free cops can't use regular police cars and would have to deal with the caddies ? But actualy, a free cop is more like a security agent, so I would say : pepper spray, nightstick and shotgun, nothing else. And with the shotgun, only 10 shots so they can defend, it's not too lethal except if they are very close, it's not as fast as the deagle. And if they want to do a chase, they can use regular civil cars ...

Another solution would be the require a special law license to be allowed to use cop skin. You go to cityhall admins or police chief, they ask 5 or 10 questions, if they judge you are good enough, you receive a license so u can play as a free cop, you don't have to join SAPD if u get the license but you need to license to get in SAPD. It just make so that no random dude can come, play for 2 days, be a cop and abuse.

Maybe license can give you access to the cop cars and we keep Rob idea. I mean, you want to be a free cop ? So ur a security agent, dont have access to pd cars, only to caddies. If u get the law license, u can be a free cop and have access to pd cars. The license can be removed if u abuse or don't respect SAPD priority on cars.
