adding tax for owning 2 vehicles or more

i was thinking if there is an tax for owning property
what about adding tax for owning 2 cars or more than 2 cars
like if you own an sultan RS and hukachu only the second vehicle will pay a 2% tax from the original price
owning 2 vehicles = 2% tax
owning 3 vehicles = 4% tax
owning 4 vehicles or more = 6% tax
only owning 1 vehicle is free of taxes
if it is supported i will suggest breathing air tax XD
and if  you say this is money raping the property tax is "money raping"

So you are paying taxes for the vehicle you own irl? This suggestion is just useless as Carlos said. Only suggest a realistic idea.

if you have a idea to pay % value of anything its a money sink, not "money rape" what ever it means.

You would find players losing all vehicles they own in case they cant login for a month, ok losing property's in a limited market is acceptable, because it makes room for more active people.

losing a thing, only you can use, and drive unless you are sharing a garage is kinda dumb, it has no purpose, you will gain the 80% of the vehicle value, and lose the 20, this is not like houses and biz, where you get 100% back.

Simply said this idea will chase away all players who lose there vehicles.

According to players activities and only few are online, (except weekends) this idea cant be done, we need them keep active and let them happy by getting their new vehicles.
We dont want to ruin their game and what they have been working for ingame. building taxes are enough for us.
