On the other side, HQ has to be prepared as well, new moderators, new admins, new criminal roleplay based scripts, even scripting a more sophisticated anti-hack script, since we're gonna have shitloads of those coming in.

There has to be a plan before we jump into it, otherwise it will just be a loose project in the air, and the main role in it of course has the HQ, they need a lot of will, time, and dedication to stick to the plan, because hosted list should just be the engine of things starting to warm up, its gonna create a more positive atmosphere that must be followed by new scripts, awesome future projects that are being worked on(Anyone remembers "Payday" project?), that will give the desire for both new, old, and veteran players to rejoin back as well, because even the worst haters of Argonath through history, has always returned back when the server goes back up high with activity.

The server has to use that Host Tab wave like a surfer and ride it all the way smoothly, moving activity further and further up with amazing new things(Payday-Bank Robbery, Car theft, Financial Market(Stocks), more new type of drugs and the effects they commit, etc, etc)  coming up in rows of weeks, not just plugin the traffic and that's it.

You do realize that even if all of us left agree, such additions require active hands we currently lack, hence it ain't happening soon, right?

I think we need to get some more features and bug fixes going before we consider hosting tab. Don't want a negative first impression on newcomers.

Its just about peoples honest will, if you can't help with your activity, then step aside, let others work on it, while you can help in other ways. Not keeping your positions like you were born with it, and yet giving excuses how you're busy to actually do something. With power, responsibility comes, and the 2nd is more important then the 1st in any project/organisation/life for that matter, otherwise, you've just finished your part, when you attached "Manager" "Supreme Judge" or other lucrative tittles to your bloody forum profile.

I'm not targeting anyone, I'm just speaking generally.

If you dont have enough hands to do it, then first ask Community to help out, go contact people who could actually help your goal, be proactive on the matter, or is the plan for Argonath just to slowly completely die over time, with five players activity, until the old Russian stops the payment?

If that's the plan, then why being a Manager/HQ member/Supreme Judge in the first place? There is no point, its useless, the server is already doomed, so why would a person want to keep his positions if its useless? What is your purpose then and point of existing on a lucrative position?

I believe we stopped being on hosted tab because of the hackers and no admins IG, if I remember correctly. Then Dylan made some anti-hacking script and well I don't know what happened after that with the situation. I don't think coming up with 17 Euros a month as a community is hard.

Argonath being on hosted list is a good idea, I swear people join once they see the players, you got 2 players, nope. Not gonna work, you got atleast 30 players, people will hop in. It’s easy, I hope the server comes back to it’s best state.

I think we need this as soon as possible before we end up extinct. Chase does have a point about good first impressions but I feel like the server could show a good first impression if we have players help new people who come on and get new groups going, etc.

It's been done before with the current HQ and HQs before and it proved that it did nothing (except from when we had an active playerbase), new players wont join in a RP server with lower than 30 average playerbase because this is SA:MP (a dying client) and RP servers need a large amount of players to get new ones which explains why every new SA:MP project does not and will never succeed let alone an old project that's suffering from never-to-be-solved problems.

You're talking out of your ass right now, you weren't involved in those past times of previous HQ's, and you weren't even there.

When MadBoi was alone on the begging of RS5, it was new players that made an average of 30 players, because of the hosted list, and because of that veterans started joining back. Then with Teddy's development of scripts and "innovating atmosphere", it went up to 60-70.
