For VC:MP, this is the only way it's going to get done.

We won't be reverting deals you've made or have been scammed in when exchanging currencies from one server to another.

How about SA:MP - IV:MP?

I have tons of money I would kill to have in IV:MP.

I'll have to contact Alessandro Gvardia for that, since he was running GIB for that.

as far as I know it is harder to earn money in vcmp than samp.

If you are to make this, then just let people make their own deals. After a while, the market is gonna balance itself based on what people dealt with. Let competition set the exchange rates, not rules.

Going to post a summary of all my posts in this topic currently to give you a full broad view to how we see this as VC:MP management;

1) Players are allowed to exchange argo dollars from one server to VC:MP and vice versa atleast on VC:MP side. You should confirm with the respective server leaders first if they're OK with exchange of currency from another argo server.

Note that trading any ingame currency for real life items/currency or services is still a community rulebreak and is not allowed anywhere. Only trade ingame items for ingame items.

2) Management will not give a shit if you get scammed in this sort of trade. We also will not give a shit if you regret the deal you made 10 seconds after making it and want it reverted. It won't happen, don't even ask.

3) This will never be supported by scripts. We won't take on the job of watching exchange rates since we simply put do not know what the other server is all about, how easy it is to make money there and we cannot see their development process nor they ours in order to know when said rates would change.
It is not feasible for any servers management to create a system to allow this without the need of excessive monitoring and insanely complicated math calculations.

Earning money in SAMP is way more easier than IVMP. You can get 1 million in a few days in SAMP, in IVMP it needs weeks to get 1 million. In my opinion 1 Liberty dollar should be lower than 3 SAMP dollars.

People have exchanged server money in the past. Just go to the sales section of that server, and announce youre selling that much VC dollars for that much SAMP dollars. Nobody was ever stopping people from doing so.
