If you were smart, you'd realize that when I kill someone in self defence and they drop a pack, you're not allowed to take said pack. I wouldn't need to actually tell you such thing, it's common sense.

UPDATE!

After a suggestion from one of my tenant holders, I decided it was time for an update!
I updated the original post and added a form that consists of all parking lot holders and their respective vehicles and ID number!

I've heard the new owner impounded almost all the cars from the parking lot and people say they were abusively impounded. Whoever had a car there, you better check the impound lot

It's a public parking lot so impounding vehicles from there would be illegal, I suggest also checking in with your local lawyers about possibly taking legal action if such a thing occured!
