Dude, you clearly said you would GIVE me your warehouse.

You gave it to me and it's under MY ownership. You did not say jackshit about returning it if you failed to buy the AmmuNation.

I also wish to point out that there was zero legal documentation filed in the Vice City District Court, no contract with any such terms, nor was this deal secured with a contract sent into the Courts. You gave me the warehouse, and I OWN the warehouse. I am not obliged to transfer back the property ownership, nor can I be prosecuted for theft, as you were the one who transferred it to me.

In future, make a contract with PROPER TERMS AND CONDITIONS if such business provisions are made in future, and I'll happily oblige, especially as it's a document both parties have signed their agreement to, and face legal provisions if the contract is breached, in a manner of speaking.

Please do not reply to this message, or to this thread, with this scam fiasco.
